Welcome to idgod.ph. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to every novelty ID you buy from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept the rules below. If any part of them doesn't work for you, please stop using our services.

1. Use of Product

Our novelty IDs are made strictly for entertainment and creative projects such as film props, parties or collections. They are not built or approved for anything unlawful or deceptive. You agree that you will not use our cards to:

• Open or access bank accounts
• Buy age-restricted goods, including alcohol, firearms or controlled substances
• Pass through borders or airport security
• Pretend to be someone else

You are responsible for making sure the card fits your intended purpose before you order.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 or older to buy a novelty ID from idgod.ph. Placing an order is your confirmation that you meet this minimum age.

3. Customer Responsibility

As the buyer, you are responsible for:

• Submitting correct details for your ID, such as name, date of birth and photo.
• Using the card only in ways allowed by the laws where you live.
• Keeping the card out of situations that could harm you or anyone else.

4. Reprints and Refunds

We work hard to ship high-quality, error-free cards. If yours arrives defective or wrong:

• Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and describe the problem.
• Send the faulty card back within 5 days so we can inspect it.

When the mistake is ours, we will reprint or refund your order. When the mistake comes from details you supplied, the card counts as accepted as-is and we cannot offer a refund or reprint.

5. Product Modification

Please don't alter, modify or tamper with any ID we produce. Unauthorized changes cancel any implied guarantee, and we may limit service to you and anyone connected with the alteration.

6. Third-Party Purchases and Resale

These cards are for personal use only. Reselling, distributing or buying them for commercial reasons is not allowed. Unauthorized resale or distribution can lead to restricted service or legal steps.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Every piece of personal information you give us during checkout is handled securely and used only to complete your order. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

8. Right to Refuse Service

idgod.ph keeps the right to:

• Decline any sale or service to customers who break these terms.
• Limit access to the site or products at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

9. Compliance with Law Enforcement

If a product is misused in a way that causes harm or breaks the law, we may cooperate fully with the relevant authorities, including sharing customer information when the law requires it.

10. Liability

idgod.ph is not liable for:

• Any damage, harm or legal trouble that comes from using or misusing a novelty ID.
• Shipping delays or transit damage, unless you selected a premium delivery option.

When you order from idgod.ph, you accept that the risks of owning and using a novelty ID are yours.

We may update these terms whenever needed, without advance notice. Please check this page from time to time for the latest version. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute connected to them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
